摘要
本文以日本私立东京富士大学为研究对象,围绕其管理心理学专业办学策略,具体探究其在办学路径和课程体系设置两个方面的经验与具体做法,提出对我国"应用型"本科、高职院校管理心理学专业课程建设的启示与借鉴意义。
Utilizing information from the Tokyo Fuji University,the paper investigates the experiences and distinct actions of the university when developing its Management Psychology programs with focus on its development path and course setting strategy.Our study provides implications for China's "application-oriented" undergraduate and higher vocational universities developing their Management Psychology programs and courses.
