摘要
目的:观察并评价以问题为导向的学习方法(problem-based learning,PBL),结合"趣味性教学"在心电图教学中的应用效果。方法:选取本校2013级临床专业124名学生为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组实施PBL+"趣味性教学",对照组实施传统教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果:研究组的理论成绩与心电图分析能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且对教学方法的评价及满意度较高(P<0.01)。结论:在心电图教学中,应用PBL与"趣味性教学"相结合的教学效果明显优于传统教学,可以提高教学质量,使教与学更具积极性与主动性,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application of Problem-Based Learning(PBL) and the Interesting teaching method in electrocardiogram(ECG) teaching.Methods:Selected 124 students of 2013 grade clinical medicine were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and regular group.PBL combined with Interesting teaching was applied in study group while traditional teaching method was implemented in regular group,and observed the effect of two kinds of teaching methods.Results:Not only achievements of theory examination,but also reading and analysis of ECG in study group were higher than those in regular group(P〈0.05).The satisfaction survey in ECG teaching,the satisfaction rate in study group is obviously higher than that in regular group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:PBL combined Interesting teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in ECG teaching.
