无人航行器的发展已经逐渐得到军事强国的高度重视,美国和欧洲遥遥领先其他国家,总体上引领着无人航行器的发展方向;介绍了国外典型水面无人航行器及水下无人航行器的发展现状,并对其发展趋势进行分析;海洋无人航行器具有机动灵活、成本低廉、无伤亡、适合大规模生产、可在各种环境甚至高危海域执行任务等优点,各国高度重视水面及水下无人航行器作战价值,促进实战能力发展;同时不断攻关水面及水下关键技术,推动无人航行器多样化发展,提升无人航行器作战效能,使作战能力逐步增强。
