摘要
从国家法律法规、军队规章、军用标准的角度对装备研制生产可追溯性的要求进行了分析。介绍了装备研制生产可追溯性设计与管理目的和意义,装备研制生产可追溯性要求是作战的需要、研制工程管理的需要和装备建设发展的需要。对装备研制技术可追溯性、工艺可追溯性、生产过程可追溯性的设计过程进行了分析,提出了论证管理、特性分析、工艺性分析、工艺说明等工作在装备研制生产可追溯性设计与管理方面的重要作用和开展方法。对装备研制生产可追溯性的管理和控制提出了更全面的理解和认识。
From the perspectives of national laws and regulations, military regulations, and military standards, this article elaborates the requirements of traceability of equipment development and production, analyzes the traceability design and management purpose and significance, and explains that such demand for traceability is the requirement of real wars, developing and production engineering management, and equipment construction and development. The design process of traceability of equipment development and production technology, traceability of process, and traceability of production is also analyzed. Based on the above analyses, we propose that demonstration management, characteristics analysis, review of technological efficiency, process instruction, and so on play important roles in traceability design and management of equipment development and production. It proposed a more comprehensive understandings on traceability management and control of equipment development and production.
