摘要
针对未来联合登陆作战参战兵种多、作战规模大、用油装备油料消耗量大的特点,提出一种基于多重求和的油料跨海输送消耗与需求预测模型,该模型能够针对涵盖多种影响因子的复杂系统作出分析与预测,适用性较强。在充分考虑战时多种油料消耗影响因素的前提下,通过对各军种参战部队用油装备在不同作战阶段的油料消耗情况进行计算分析,得出登陆作战总体的油料消耗情况,结合油料跨海输送工具的运力对输送需求进行预测;实例分析表明:该模型适应性强、有效性高,为登岛作战油料跨海输送提供了科学和实用的决策依据。
For the characteristics of muhiple are of the services, large scale operation and large POL consumption of oil equipment in the future joint landing operation, a forecasting model of POL sea-crossing transport consumption and demand based on muhiple summation is put forward in this paper. The model which has strong applicability can be used to analyze and predict complex systems that cover muhiple effects factors. On the premise of fully considering the influencing factors of various POL consumption during the war, the POL consumption of the landing operation can be obtained through the calculation and analysis of the services oil equipment POL consumption in different combat stages, and then we can forecast the transportation demand with the transport capacity of POL sea-crossing transport tool. The experimental results show that the model is adaptable and effective, it can provide a more scientific and practical decision basis for the landing operation POL sea-crossing transport.
