摘要
将金属基可燃胶体用于销毁未爆弹药,具有可操作性强、作业效率高、安全风险低、场地适应性强等优点。为改进金属基可燃胶体燃烧性能,分别以低取代羟丙基纤维素(HPC)、甲基纤维素(MC)、预胶化淀粉(PS)、聚四氟乙烯粉末(PTFE)为粘结剂,采用干法制粒将高热剂制粒,用胶体中所含乙醇与煤油分别对药粒进行浸泡试验,并通过硬度与脆碎度测试模拟实际运输、应用环境中发生的碰撞,以测试胶体成分对硬度和脆碎度的影响。实验结果证明:低取代羟丙基纤维素为粘结剂的药粒性能最佳,可满足需求,并且可压范围在8~22 MPa。
The metal-based flammable colloid is used for the destruction of unexploded ordnance. It possesses the advantages of high maneuverability, high work efficiency, low safety risk and strong site adaptability. In order to improve the combustibility of metal-based flammable colloids, HPC, MC, PS, taking PTFE as a binder respectively, and using dry granulation of thermite, the contained ethanol and kerosene were respectively tested for drug particles soaking. Hardness and friability was used to simulate actual transportation and application environment to test the effect of colloid composition on hardness and friability. Experimental results show that : HPC as binder for the best performance of the drug can meet the demand.
