摘要 通过窄带化控制钢中主要元素C,Si,Mn,V的质量分数,采用转炉、LF精炼炉、RH真空脱气炉、大方坯连铸的炼钢工艺以及合理的控轧工艺,成功开发了汽车曲轴用非调质钢48Mn V,各项技术指标均符合标准和用户的要求;同时采用Gleeble3800热模拟实验机对非调质钢48Mn V连续冷却转变规律进行了研究,绘制了连续冷却转变曲线(CCT),结合光学显微镜分析了冷却速率对其组织演变规律的影响,为满足不同用户的使用要求提供了重要的理论参考。 Automobile crankshaft with the non-quenched and tempered steel 48 Mn V are successfully developed by BOF-LF-RH-CC steelmaking process and the reasonable controlled rolling process through narrow control of C,Si,Mn,V mass fraction in steel. All technical indexes meet the requirements of criteria and customer. At the same time,Gleeble3800 thermal simulation is used to study the continuous cooling transformation of the non-quenched and tempered steel 48 Mn V. The curve of continuous cooling transformation( CCT) is drawn,and combined with the optical microscope analysis of the effect of cooling rate on its organizational evolution rule,an important theoretical and technical reference is provided for meeting the requirements of different users.
