摘要
2016年,通过改进布料矩阵、改善热制度、坚持大矿批操作和提高工长操作水平,新钢8号高炉炉况得到了稳定顺行,煤气利用得到改善,高炉生产始终保持平稳状态,降低了燃料消耗,获得了良好的经济技术指标。
The furnace condition of No. 8 blast furnace of Xinyu Steel is getting stable and smooth by improving the distribution matrix,improving the heating system,insisting on large ore batch operation and improving the operation level of the foreman in2016. The utilization of gas is improved,and the production of blast furnace is kept stable. The fuel consumption is reduced and good technical and economic indicators are achieved.
