摘要
通过控制垂直弯曲段的接弧精度、提高驱动辊对弧精度、改善二冷雾化效果、稳定生产节奏及优化真空精炼工艺等措施,明显改善了铸坯表面质量,为实现铸坯热送奠定了良好基础,获得了明显的经济效益。
The surface quality of the casting slab has been improved by controlling the joint arc precision of the vertical bending section,improving the arc alignment accuracy of the drive roller,improving the effect of secondary cooling atomization,stabilizing the production rhythm,optimizing the vacuum refining process and other technical measures,which has laid a good foundation for the realization of hot charging of slabs and obvious economic benefits are obtained.
