摘要
某板簧厂用50Cr VA材料制作钢板弹簧,在应力喷丸时发生脆性断裂,采用化学分析、断口分析、金相分析等方法,对断裂件进行了分析。分析结果表明:钢板弹簧脆断的主要原因是试样过热、过烧,导致晶粒异常粗大,晶界结合力脆弱,在应力喷丸下发生脆性断裂。
Brittle fatigue fracture occurs in stress shot peening at a leaf spring factory when use material 50 Cr VA to make leaf spring. So the Analysis were carried out on fatigue fracture pieces by chemical analysis,fracture analysis and metallographic analysis.The results show that,the primary cause of fatigue fracture is that the leaf spring was overheated to resultin coarse grains,fragile grain boundary binding force,which lead to brittle fatigue fracture in stress shot peening.
