“一带一路”形势下中西医结合研究生培养的改革

The Reform of Cultivating Postgraduates Majored in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine under the Situation of "the Belt and Road"

如何培养中西医结合人才,如何使教学契合医学的特点并且满足社会发展的需求,一直存在争议。自2013年习近平主席提出共建"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"以来,中西医结合研究生培养模式的改革更是刻不容缓。关于如何培养出既满足本国医疗卫生需要又能被国际认可的中西医结合研究生,作者认为得从招生环节,课程设置,临床实践,科研创新,学术交流,考核就业等多方面入手。

It has always been controversial that how the talents majored in the integrated traditional Chinese and westernmedicine can be cultivated, and what kind of teaching mode can fit the needs of medical characteristics and social development.Since President Xi Jinping proposed to build the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ and ＂the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century＂ in2013, it is urgent to reform the training mode of the graduate students majored in the integrated Chinese and western medicine. Different people have divers views on the question how we can foster the graduate students with both Chinese and western medicine tomeet the needs of the country and the international recognition. The author thinks that we should start with many aspects, such asenrollment, curriculum, clinical practice, scientific research innovation, academic exchange, and assessment of employment.
