基于MOOC的混合式教学在成人学历教育中的创新实践

产业创新升级对技能型和创新型人才的迫切需求,以及国家教育部成人学历教育改革方案的出台,加速了成人高等学历教育的改革转型[1]。深圳大学继续教育学院积极探索、深入实践,从2016年9月起在全省范围内率先开展基于MOOC的"线上+线下"混合式教学,分批分类建设适合成人学历教育的高标准MOOC。从实施过程、软硬件建设、学习成绩、调查问卷结果和社会影响力等方面来看,两年来的教学改革已见成效。

The urgent needs of skilled and innovative talents because of the upgrading of industrial innovation and the reformprograms for Adult Education issued by the Ministry of Education have accelerated the reform and transformation of adult higher education. Accordingly, the College of continuing education of Shenzhen University has actively carried out deep practice. From September 2016, the ＂Online to offline＂ hybrid teaching based on MOOC was first carried out in the whole province, and a high standardMOOC for adult education was constructed hierarchically and separately. From the aspects of the implementation process, hardwareand software construction, academic records, questionnaire results and social influence, the teaching reform is shown to be successfulin the recent two years.
