家族企业职业导向的财务管理专业人才培养模式创新

家族企业存在经济利益与非经济利益的双重目标,其财务管理行为显著区别于非家族企业。然而,鲜见直接定位于家族企业财务管理专业人才培养模式的相关研究。文章以家族企业情景化的知识结构与能力体系解析作为突破口,构建家族企业职业导向的财务管理专业人才培养"三极"模式,即家族企业财务管理专业人才应同时拥有家族企业情景化知识结构与能力体系、通用型财务管理知识结构与能力体系以及实践能力体系三个有机的组合系统。

Family business has dual goals of economic and non-economic benefits, and their financial management behavior isdistinct from non-family business. However, there are few related studies directly on the personnel training mode of financial management professionals in family business. Based on decomposition of the situational knowledge structure and ability in family business asthe breakthrough point, the study constructs the ＂three-pole＂ personnel training mode of financial management professionals in familybusiness, which is that financial management professionals in family business should have three organic combination systems： situational knowledge structure and capability in family business, general financial management knowledge structure and ability, and practical ability.
