全过程工程咨询模式下工程造价专业本科教学探索

目前我国建筑业面临的叠加性变革冲击,给工程造价专业本科教学也提出了新要求。近几年结合BIM技术强化工程造价技能教学的探索深入发展并取得一定实效,但如何培养学生既具备现代技术技能又具备围绕项目目标管控提供全过程工程咨询服务的能力,成为一项摆在本科院校工程造价专业教学改革面前的全新课题。基于此,论文针对性地提出在全过程工程咨询模式下工程造价专业本科教学的思路与优化对策,从而为提升工程造价专业本科教学质量做一些有益的探索。

At present, the superimposed impact of construction industry in China is also facing new requirements for undergraduate teaching of engineering cost specialty. In recent years, combining with BIM technology to strengthen the exploration of engineeringcost teaching and to achieve some practical results, how to cultivate students＇ ability to provide full process engineering consultingservices around project management and control has becomea new subject in the course of teaching reform of Engineering Cost Specialty in undergraduate colleges. Based on this, the paper puts forward the ideas and optimal countermeasures for the undergraduateteaching of Engineering Cost Specialty under the full process engineering consulting model, so as to make some useful exploration forimproving the teaching quality of the engineering cost specialty.
