成果导向教育理念下的环境工程毕业实习教学改革探索

毕业实习环节的最终成果是深化学生对工程实践的认识,服务于学生就业。就业市场化下,苏州科技大学环境工程系以就业导向机制为核心,尝试新的毕业实习模式,采用加强职业规划教育、启用新型"实习双选平台"模式、增加实习经费投入、完善实习评价模式的手段,充分激励了实习单位、学生的积极性。实习中,通过明确实习要求和内容,以现代化即时通讯工具保障全程指导效率,以投保人身保险服务解决实习过程中参与各方的后顾之忧,这些都为顺利实施个性化实习提供了技术保障。

The final output of the graduate practice is the in-depth understanding of engineering practice, and serving the studentemployment. Based on the market-oriented employment mechanism, the redesigning of graduate practice modes with employment-oriented mechanism as the core has been open for graduating interns of Suzhou University of Science and Technology （USTS）, strengthening career planning education, enabling novel ＂practice double election platform＂, increasing the funding of graduate practice, andimproving the evaluation mode in order to fully motivate the enthusiasm of companies and students. The requirements and contents ofgraduate practice were accepted by USTS, students and companies after full communication. During the process, modern interactivecommunication tools greatly enhanced the supervise efficiency. And the commercial life insurance was provided to be sufficient protection to the risk of the activity. All of them made the whole process finish successfully.
