加强大学生核心素养与价值观培育:基于领导力视角

领导力、核心素养和价值观具有一脉相承的联系。对大学生进行领导力教育是核心素养培育的一种现实性的、具体的途径与实施抓手,是社会主义核心价值观培育的有效途径。培育学生的核心素养和价值观是目标,价值观内涵于核心素养,核心素养以价值观为首要达成。目前我国对领导力及其教育的研究还有待进一步成熟,对核心素养的研究也处于框架制定和论证阶段。可以通过提高大学生领导力教育效果的方式增强核心素养和价值观培育,如调整课程设置,加强课堂效果,增强社会实践,丰富校园文化活动等方式以现实性的推进。

Leadership, key competencies and values are closely related. Education for students＇ leadership in university is a realistic, concrete way to cultivate key competencies and socialist core values. It is the goal to cultivate students＇ key competencies andvalues, and the values are also embodied in the key competencies. At present, China＇s research on leadership and the education of itneeds to be further research, and the research on key competencies is also in the stage of framing and demonstration. We can improve the effect of leadership education to enhance the key competencies and socialist values, such as adjusting the curriculum,strengthening the class effect, strengthening the practice, enriching the campus cultural activities.
