价值理性视角下教师专业道德的精神追求

价值理性恪守"人是万物的尺度",提升人的价值、凸现人存在的意义。教师专业道德应当体现教师专业生活特有的人文追求和人文价值,反映教育工作的责任和义务,并体现社会对教师及其他教育工作者的期待与要求。教师应当在专业道德鼓舞、支持和引领下,通过自己的实践,致力于将理想的教育转变为现实的教育,实现自身的价值,体会身为教师的成就感、自豪感与责任感,体现教育"向善"的本质要求。
