高校实施研究生创新学分制的困境及路径策略

高校针对研究生实施创新学分制对提高其创新能力、实践能力、创新精神等有着重要意义。在实施创新学分制时高校面临着传统学分制上存在的不合理因素、课程设置本科化、缺乏精细化管理与周到服务、师资创新力不足、经费短缺、创新氛围不浓等诸多制约因素。应通过改革教学和培养体制、改革研究生管理模式、加强导师队伍建设、营造创新环境、筹措充足经费等科学的途径与策略实施创新学分制,推动研究生创新能力的提高。

The implementation of innovative credit system for graduate students in colleges and universities isof a great significance in improving students; creative ability; practical ability and innovative spirit. The implementation of the new credit system faces many factors such as the undergraduate curriculum unreasonable factors; the existence of traditional credit system; the lack of meticulous management and thoughtful service; theinnovative teacher shortage; the shortage of funds; the innovative atmosphere and many other difficulties;therefore; the teaching and training system and the graduate management mode should be reformed withstrengthening the construction of the tutor team; creating the innovative environment so as to prepare sufficientfunds; to choose the ways and strategies of the implementation of the scientific innovative credit; thus to pro￣mote the innovative ability of graduate students.
