党的十九大提出了关于生态文明建设的重要新论断,形成了新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明理论。新时代生态文明的理论内涵,是以马克思主义生态观为理论基础,以建设"美丽中国"为建设目标,以人民为中心为价值追求,同时展现了中国构建国际生态建设话语体系的新内容,进而为人类生态命运共同体贡献了中国方案。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to construct the ecological civilization, based on which the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era has been formed. The theory of the ecological civilization in a New Era, based on the Marxist ecology, aims to build a ＂beautiful China＂ , with the people-oriented value. Besides, this theory shows the new way for China to construct the ecological discourse system in the world community and offers China＇ s plan to build an ecological community of shared life for mankind.
