穴位艾灸对智齿冠周炎疗效的临床观察

Clinical observation on the curative effect of moxibustion on Pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth

目的观察穴位艾灸对智齿冠周炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取本院2016年1月至2018年4月诊断为智齿冠周炎病例68例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,对照组选择冠周冲洗治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗的方法,在冠周冲洗基础上加用艾灸下关穴,颊车穴45分钟进行治疗。结果按照疼痛缓解视觉模拟法,观察组有效28例,无效6例,有效率82.3%。对照组有效21例,无效13例,有效率61.8%,两组结果进行统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论穴位艾灸能够及时,有效缓解智齿冠周炎的临床症状,建议临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical theraPeutic effect of moxibustion on Pericoronary inflammation of wisdom tooth.Methods Randomly selected cases diagnosed as Periodontitis of wisdom teeth,68cases in our hosPital,from January 2016 to APril 2018,the Patients were randomly divided into two grouPs,control grouP and observation grouP,resPectively,in each grouP of 34 cases.Patients in the control grouP were treated with Periodontal rinsing,and the observation grouP was treated with moxibustion xiaguan acuPoint,jiache acuPoint,on the basis of Periodontal rinsing.Results The treatment of Patients with effective rate of observation grouP,82.3 and control grouP in the treatment of Patients with effective rate of 61.8,said in observation grouP of Patients with treatment effectiveness is higher than control grouP,the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion moxibusion can effectively relieve the clinical symPtoms of Pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth.worth clinical Promotion.
