无托槽隐形矫治技术远中移动磨牙效果的三维分析与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的对无托槽隐性矫正技术远中磨牙效果的三维分析与评价进行探究。方法搜集2017年在门诊收治的6例需要进行移动上颌磨牙远中的患者采用无托槽隐性矫正技术,按顺序依次从远中移动至上颌第二、第一磨牙,分别对移动到位后阶段模型进行数字化重建,并通过三维模型重叠软件对阶段模型与患者治疗前模型进行比较。结果所有患者预期移位的表达率为82.39%;经矫治后,磨牙实际的远中移动量占牙弓中出现的间隙总表达率为90%(磨牙实际位移动量+间隙总量)。结论采取无托槽隐形矫正器技术可体现出方便、舒适、清洁等优势,同时减少复诊次数,缩短矫正时间。 Objective To exPlore the three-dimensional analysis and evaluation of distal molar effect of recessive orthodontic technique without brackets.Methods a total of 6 Patients with distal maxillary molars who were admitted in 2017 were treated with recessive correction without brackets,which moved from distal to second and first molar in order.The models were reconstructed digitally and comPared with those before treatment by using 3D model overlaP software.Results the exPression rate of exPected disPlacement in all Patients was 82.39,and after correction,the total exPression rate of the actual distal movement of molar was 90%(the total amount of momentum sPace of molar disPlacement was 90%).Conclusion using the technology of recalcitrant invisible corrector can show the advantages of convenience,comfort and cleanliness,while reducing the number of revisits and shortening the time of correction.
