个体化口腔护理联合语音康复训练在舌癌手术患者中的应用分析

APPlication of individualized oral nursing combined with sPeech rehabilitation training in Patients with tongue cancer surgery

目的分析个体化口腔护理联合语音康复训练在舌癌手术患者中的应用。方法研究时间:2016年3月~2018年3月,研究对象:64例本院收治的舌癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=32)、对照组(n=32),给予实验组患者个体化口腔护理+语音康复训练,给予对照组患者语音康复训练,观察两组患者口腔舒适度、术后发音优良率。结果实验组口腔舒适度、术后发音优良率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论将个体化口腔护理联合语音康复训练应用到舌癌手术患者中的治疗中,效果明显,患者口腔舒适程度和发音优良率较高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the aPPlication of individualized oral care combined sPeech rehabilitation training in tongue cancer surgery Patients.Methods Study time：March 2016-March 2018,study subjects：64 Patients with tongue cancer treated in our hosPital were divided into exPerimental grouP（n=32）and control grouP according to random number table method.（n=32）The Patients in the exPerimental grouP were given individualized oral care＋sPeech rehabilitation training.The Patients in the control grouP were given sPeech-rehabilitation training.The oral comfort of the Patients in the two grouPs and the PostoPerative excellent Pronunciation rate were observed.Results In the exPerimental grouP,the oral comfort and excellent PostoPerative Pronunciation rate were higher than those in the control grouP（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The aPPlication of individualized oral care combined sPeech rehabilitation training to surgical treatment of tongue cancer Patients has obvious effects.The Patient＇s oral comfort and good Pronunciation rate are high,which is worthy of clinical Promotion and aPPlication.
