产线差异对钢带力学性能的影响

摘要 河钢唐钢目前有3条热轧生产线,分别为1810线、1700线、1580线,每年生产大量的低碳热轧钢带供冷轧使用。由于3条热轧生产线的装备、工艺布局各有其特点,使得产品钢带的力学性能也有所差异。通过分析近一年内这3条热轧生产线低碳热轧钢带的生产数据,结合热轧工艺制度,分析了不同产线、不同工艺下钢带的力学性能变化规律,从加热、压缩比、终轧温度、卷取温度对钢带力学性能的差异进行了简要说明,为冷轧工序更好地控制最终产品质量提供参考。 HBIS Group Tangsteel Company have 3 hot rolling production lines, respectively 1810, 1700 and 1580, which can produce a large number of low carbon steel strip for cold rolling. Because of the equipment and process layout characteristics of 3 hot rolling lines, the mechanical properties of the tropics are also dif- ferent. By analyzing the production data of the low carbon hot rolled strip of 3 production lines in the last year and combining the hot rolling process system, the mechanical properties of the steel strip under different production lines and different processes are analyzed. The difference of the mechanical property is briefly ex- plained from the heating, compression ratio, final rolling temperature and coiling temperature, which pro- vides a reference for the cold rolling process to better control the quality of the final product.
