承钢150 t LF炉造渣制度优化

摘要 分析了钢液中高熔点非金属夹杂物的来源与产生机理,对夹杂物进行两种钙处理的原理。通过对比试验,研究了转炉在终点氧活度较低的情况下,钢水中夹杂物变性规律。钢水到LF炉不喂钙线,仅通过调节LF炉顶渣w(CaO)/w(Al_2O_3),从而达到对钢水中高熔点非金属夹杂变性的目的,改善了钢水的可浇性,冶炼同期缩短3 min,钢水质量合格率100%。 This paper analyzes the sources and mechanism of non metallic inclusions with high melting point in molten steel, and the principle of two kinds of calcium treatment for inclusions. The denaturalization rule of inclusions in molten steel under low oxygen content at the end of the converter was studied through com- parative tests. The molten steel for the LF furnace does not need pass the feeding calcium line, only by adjus- ting the LF top slag w (CaO) /w (Al2O3) to achieve the purpose of the high melting point non -metallic inclusions degeneration in molten steel, which can improve the casting properties of molten steel, shorten the smelting period by 3 min, and achieve the 100% qualified rate of molten steel.
