锻轧结合二火成材对大规格轴承钢芯部组织与性能的影响

摘要 研究了先锻后轧二火成材工艺与一次成材直接锻造工艺对Φ150 mm GCr15Si Mn低钛轴承钢芯部组织与性能的影响。结果表明:使用600 mm圆坯一火锻成310 mm×310 mm方坯,再二火轧制成150 mm圆轧材,对该规格低钛轴承钢的中心缩孔残余、偏析、疏松等内部组织改善效果显著,探伤合格率明显提高。 The effects of twice - heating production with forging and rolling and direct forging process on the microstructure and properties of 150 mm GCrl5SiMn low titanium bearing steel core were studied. The re- sults show that the 600 mm round billet is forged into 310 mm×310 mm billet in one heat, and then rolled into 150 mm round rolling material in two heat, which has significantly improve the internal microstructure including the central shrinkage cavity, segregation and looseness of the low titanium bearing steel, and the qualification rate of the flaw detection.
