降低连续浇筑超长水池池壁湿渍率的研究

摘要 近年来,某公司三级防水要求的水池均能达到设计及规范要求,但为了增强这一领域核心竞争力,企业制定了三级防水要求的连续浇筑超长水池,其防水性能提高到二级防水要求,为此成立了质量管理小组,对水池湿渍数量及分布情况进行了调查,运用PDCA的过程方法结合BIM技术,控制水池的湿渍率,大大节约了二次注水试验和相关发生的人工费、试验费。 In recent years, our company three-class waterproof water pool can meet the design and specification requirements. However, in order to enhance the core competitiveness in this field, the enterprise has fornmlated the continuous pouring super long water pool with tertiary waterproof requirements, and its waterproofing performance has been improved to the second class waterproof requirement. For this reason, a quality management team has been set up. The quantity and distribution of wet stains in water pool were investigated. The process method of PDCA com- bined with BIM technology is used to control the wet rate of water pool, which greatly saves the labor cost and test cost of secondary water injection test and related occurrence.
