摘要
混凝土是指由胶凝材料将骨料胶结成整体的工程复合材料的统称,而自混凝土应用到土木工程中,人们就不断尝试通过各个途径提高混凝土的强度和耐久性,在此通过在混凝土中加入粉煤灰和硅粉来替代部分水泥。通过对照试验,采用控制变量的方法,取用计划对照掺量的粉煤灰、硅粉,并通过对照实验和控制变量分析出各个掺量的粉煤灰、硅粉对混凝土的工作性、抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗弯拉强度等的影响。对照结果表明:粉煤灰和硅粉都可不同程度的改善混凝土的工作性能。粉煤灰对混凝土的影响主要在强度增长的后期;而硅粉则与粉煤灰不同,主要影响在强度增长的前期,后期则显缓慢,但定量的硅粉却能使混凝土具有更好的抗折强度和抗冲击耐磨性。
Since the concrete was a applied to civil engineering, people have been making effects to impove the strength and durability of the concrete in all sorts of ways. Now, the fly ash and silicon fume can be added in concrete by replacing part of ement. Through a contrasted experiment, take different volume fly ash and silicon fume to test and study the ilffluenee on each volume to workability, compressive strength, spliting tensile strength, flexual tensile strength of the concrete. The results of the control experiment indicates that fly ash and silicon fume can improve the workability of the concrete in varying degrees. In detail, fly ash on concrete various strength of growth is mainly manifested in the later period. Differently, the contribution of silicon fume to the growth of concrete strength mainly in early time and it' s an appropriate sort of nfineral ad- nfixtures for the concrete with high flexural strength, high resistance to impact and abrasion resistance.
