The article analyzes the highway maintenance strategy, discusses the characteristics of highway maintenance and the two aspects of the status quo of highway maintenance and management in China, and studies the new technology of highway maintenance and the development trend of the highway maintenance management in our country, so as to make the maintenance work better play the price in the highway construction. In order to solve the problem of ＂heavy construction and light management＂ in engineering construction, we hope to contribute to the sustainable development of expressway in China.
