摘要
基于三维有限元分析方法,针对浅覆土暗挖隧道工程实例,探讨了超前大管棚注浆、小导管超前预支护、掌子面土体预注浆加固、CRD法施工及控制降水等设计思路。指出工程实例施工期监测数据稳定,数值模拟与现场实测数据基本吻合,表明提出的设计方案和施工工序合理可行,对类似工程具有一定参考价值。
Based on the 3D FEM analysis on excavation of shallow underground tunnel, this paper discusses: advance large-size pipe support with grouting, advance small-size tube pre-excavation support, preexcavation consolidation grouting on heading face, CRD excavation by muhiple stages and adaptive dewatering. According to the analysis results, monitoring data is reliable, and the results of numerical modeling is validated by the monitoring data on site. Thus it is validated by the analysis results that the combination of design scheme and constructoin procedure is reson- able, and provides a reference for similar projects,
