Food Industry Supply Chain Financing Research——Taking Xianyi Holding Group as an Example

食品行业是我国经济发展的重要组成部分,但由于中小企业自身限制的因素而出现融资难的问题,供应链融资应运而生。文章阐述食品行业供应链融资的定义与特点,并以鲜易控股集团为例,分析其农牧平台、供应链金融等特有的筹资方式,发现在具体运行过程中存在的信用风险,并提出完善内部控制、引入金融衍生品的建议。

The food industry is an important part of China＇s economic development. However, due to the limited factors of SMEs, financing problems have arisen, and supply chain fi-nancing has emerged. The article expounds the definition and characteristics of supply chain financing in the food industry. Taking Xianyi Holding Group as an example, it analyzes the unique financing methods such as farming and animal hus-bandry platform and supply chain finance, and finds the cred-it risk existing in the specific operation process. Proposing perfection internal control and recommendations for the intro-duction of financial derivatives to improve this situation.
