摘要
利用2001-2017年中国知网收录的8 501篇污染场地文献,采用聚类分析法,分析了我国污染场地研究的发展趋势,发现:研究重点集中在污染场地治理的过程与机理、污染场地治理的过程管控,占72%,其中修复原理与技术(24%)、环境调查与评估(16%)、风险评估与管理(14%)列前3,但标准、治理和管理体系缺乏;研究热点为市场开发和法规制度,占26%,其中土地规划与开发(11%)、法律规范(6%)排名靠前,但对于我国国有企业为经济主体以及土地国有等特殊国情研究不足;公众参与、绿色融资模式、尽职调查等新研究比较缺乏,有些还是空白。
The research development trend of contaminated sites in China was analysed by using the clustering analysis method based on 8,501 literatures collected in China National Knowledge Infrastructure CNKI Database from 2001 through 2017. Results showed that the researches were concentrated on the procedures and mechanisms, as well as process control of the contaminated site remediation accounting for 72% of the literatures, in which the principle and technologies of site remediation 24% , environmental investigation and evaluation 16% , and risk assessment and management 14% ranked as top three,whilst lacking the remediation standards, governance system and management system. Recently, as research hot spots, market development and legal system accounted for 26%, including land planning development 11% and legal norm 6% . However, the researches on the special national conditions inChina characterised by state-owned enterprises as the economic entity and land owned by the state were inadequate. Moreover, the new researches on public participation, green financing model, due diligence investigation, and etc. were short or even blank.
