摘要
本文旨在设计一套Micro-CT系统,包括系统的硬件设计及成像算法设计,用于实验兔子成像。通过选择不同参数的X线管和探测器,设计空间分辨率较高的硬件系统;使用FDK重建算法,利用C语言编程,实现图像重建算法。该Micro-CT系统,成像视野大,管电压大,不仅提高了空间分辨率,而且相比市面上成品机器,节约了成本,满足了实验兔子成像需求。
This article aimed to design a micro-CT system that met the demand of experimental rabbit imaging. The system included the design of hardware and software. The hardware of high spatial resolution was designed by selecting different parameters of X-ray tube and detector. The image reconstruction algorithm was designed in C programming language using FDK reconstruction algorithm. The micro-CT system the designed in the present study had larger imaging-fled and tube-voltage that could meet the demand of rabbit imaging. It not only has a higher spatial-resolution by selecting proper hardware and imaging algorithm, but also can save the cost of purchasing the fnished product.
