摘要
高素质人才短缺、人力资源开发不足、管理机制不健全导致我国新型农业经营主体缺乏发展动力。本文分析了新型农业经营主体发展过程中的人力资源开发与管理问题,并提出促进我国新型农业经营主体健康发展的对策建议。
With the shortage of high- quality talents, the insufficient development of human resources and the imperfect management mechanism, new agricultural management entities in China have been led to the lack of development motivation. This paper intends to analyze the human resource development and management problems, then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the development of new agricultural management entities in China.
