摘要
氦气纯化器研制生产完成后需要进行性能测试,目前常用的方法有吸附总量离线测试方法和压缩机在线循环测试方法。结合实际使用情况对两种方法的优缺点进行了分析和比较。
The performance test is required after the development and production of the helium purifier. Currently,the commonly used methods include offline test method of adsorption amount and online cycle test method of compressor. In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed and compared based on actual use.
