摘要
目的探讨预防性护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年1—12月收治的白血病患者44例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受临床常规护理,观察组患者接受预防性护理,比较两组患者护理后感染发生情况以及患者护理前后的生活质量。结果观察组患者感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在白血病化疗患者的临床护理方案选择中,预防性护理的应用效果较好,可降低患者感染发生率,提高其生活质量,值得在临床当中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of preventive nursing in patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Methods To select 44 cases of patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly. Patients in the control group received clinical routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received preventive nursing. The incidence of infection and the quality of life before and after nursing among the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the selection of clinical nursing options for patients with leukemia chemotherapy,the application effect of preventive nursing is good,which can reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of life of patients with leukemia. As a result,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
