早期预防性护理对慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者生活质量与复发率影响

Effect of early preventive nursing on quality of life and recurrence rate in patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema

目的在慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者中应用早期预防性护理,探讨其对患者生活质量及复发率的影响。方法将我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的110例慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用早期预防性护理,比较两组患者的情绪状态、生活质量、复发情况。结果早期预防性护理干预后,研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组认知功能、社会功能、体力功能、情感功能等生活质量各项指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者中应用早期预防性护理,不仅可以提高患者生活质量,改善患者的负性情绪,还可以避免疾病复发,值得推广。

Objective To apply early preventive nursing in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema to explore its impact on quality of life of the patients and recurrence. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group and study group randomly. The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was used early preventive nursing. The emotional status,quality of life,and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results After early preventive nursing intervention,the anxiety score and depression score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of the quality of life,such as cognitive function,social function,physical function,emotional function and so on in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The number of relapses in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Applying early preventive nursing in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema can not only improve the quality of life of patients as well as their negative emotions,but also avoid disease recurrence. Consequently,it is worthy of further promoting.
