量化绩效考核方案在新入职护士全周期人才培养中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨量化绩效考核在新入职护士全周期人才培养中的应用效果。方法将2016年11月至2017年10月新入职护士89名设为试验组,采用量化绩效考核方案实施培训和考核;将2015年11月至2016年10月65名新入职护士设为对照组,采用传统培训方式。经为期1年的培训后分别进行"理论考试得分""技术操作得分""应急技能得分""培训计划实施率"4个方面的评价。结果试验组在理论知识、操作技能、应急能力方面优于对照组,培训计划实施率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用量化绩效考核方案,可以有效引导新入职护士完成全周期人才培养方案,保证人才培养的有效性,有利于提升新入职护士的临床能力和整体素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of quantitative performance appraisal in the whole cycle training of new nurses. Methods To evaluated the scores of theoretical test,technical operation,emergency skill and implementation rate of training plan after one year of training,89 new nurses enrolled from November 2016 to October 2017 were sampled as study group,and adopted quantitative performance appraisal program for training and assessment. 65 new nurses enrolled from November 2015 to October 2016 were sampled as control group,which adopted traditional training mode. Results The study group was superior to the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,and emergency response ability,and implementation rate of the training program was greatly improved. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of quantitative performance appraisal program could effectively lead to the completion of the whole cycle training of new nurses,which could guarantee the efficiency of personnel cultivation,and improve the clinical ability and general quality of newly employed nurses.
