摘要
目的探讨分析调合消毒法对藻酸盐印模精度与消毒效果的影响,为今后工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法分别设置试验组和对照组,试验组按照不同浓度消毒剂分为A、B两组,A组采用0.25%次氯酸钠(Na CIO)消毒液调合;B组采用0.5%84消毒液调合;对照组使用蒸馏水调合,每组分别调和20个模型,对比分析不同组两个圆台体上表面的圆心连线(OP)、凹槽M、N的距离(MN)、凹槽L、K的距离(LK)项目测量结果差异。结果与对照组相比较,0.25%Na CIO消毒液、0.5%84消毒液对印模石膏模型精度无显著影响,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比较,0.25%Na CIO消毒液、0.5%84消毒液对印模石膏模型消毒效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分别采用0.25%Na CIO溶液、0.5%84溶液调合藻酸钾印模材在1 h内对印模精度不会产生明显影响,直接调和法可作为藻酸盐印模材料消毒的一种科学处理手段,在今后的口腔治疗工作中,应对其给予足够的重视,并广泛应用。
Objective To explore the influence of blending disinfection method on the accuracy and disinfection effect of alginate impression,and provide valuable reference for future work. Methods The experimental group and the control group were set up separately. The experimental group was divided into group A and group B according to different concentration disinfectants. Group A adopted blending with 0. 25% sodium hypochlorite( Na CIO) disinfectant; group B adopted blending with 0. 5% 84 disinfectants. The control group was blended with distilled water,and each group blended 20 models. The measurement difference of center line( OP) of the upper surface of the two circular pedestals of different groups,the distance( MN) of the grooves M and N,and the distance( LK) of grooves L and K in different groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,0. 25% Na CIO disinfectant and 0. 5% 84 brand disinfectant had no significant effect on the accuracy of the impression gypsum model. The data difference was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). Compared with the control group,the comparison difference of disinfection effect between 0. 25% Na CIO disinfectant and 0. 5%84 brand disinfectant on impression model has statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The use of 0. 25% Na CIO solution and 0. 5% 84 brand solution to adjust the potassium alginate impression material will not have a significant impact on the accuracy of the impression within 1 hour. The direct blending method can be used as a science treatment method for disinfection of alginate impression materials. In the future oral treatment work,it should be given enough attention and widely used.
