当前我国家风家教建设的伦理意蕴及对策研究

近年来,随着国家的大力倡导和我国公民素质的不断提高,家风家教建设成为街头巷尾讨论的热门话题。习近平总书记曾说:"中国传统文化是我们民族的‘根’和‘魂’"。而家风问题根植于中国传统文化的土壤中,具体说,家风问题是中国传统伦理的组成部分。对家风家教问题的现状研究,对于传承中华优秀传统文化具有及其强烈的现实意义。但是我国目前的家风家教现状不容乐观,存在很多问题。比如说对中国传统伦理中的优良家风传承不够、政策舆论引导欠缺。功利化导向严重等。笔者针对这些问题提出了一系列的切实可行的解决对策,其中创新性的提出注重修家谱等家风传承行为,对家长进行"职业教育",家教主体缺失下学校教师补位等对策。
