The Times Background of Humane Quality-oriented Education in the New Age

十九大报告提出了中国已经进入了建设中国特色社会主义的新时代,我们要深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化蕴含的思想观念、人文精神、道德规范,结合时代要求继承创新,让中华文化展现出永久魅力和时代风采的新要求。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代之际,在新的发展理念和文化繁荣兴盛要求下,如何在加强高校人文素质教育建设的同时展示时代特色、立足时代发展,体现时代观照,是研究者必须思考和关注的问题。本文重点探讨新时代背景下高校人文素质教育建设的三方面内容,即中华优秀传统文化是人文素质教育的核心要素;回归经典文本阅读是人文素质教育的有效途径;创新与传承相融合是人文素质教育的发展方向。

The report of the 19th Congress puts forward that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so we have to get the ideological concepts,humanistic spirit,moral norms of Chinese excellent traditional culture,insist on innovation by combining with the time request,let the Chinese culture shows a permanent charm and the requirements of the new age.At the time of Chinese characteristics into the new era,with the requirements of concepts development and culture flourish.How to show the era characteristics,with the times,reflects the background of era,when strengthen the construction of the humanistic quality education in colleges and universities,is the researchers must think and concern.This paper focuses on the three aspects of education construction of humane quality-oriented education in the new age;first,confirm the excellent traditional culture of China is the core element of the humane quality-oriented education.Second,reading classical text is an effective way of humane quality-oriented education;finally,integration of innovation and inheritance is the development direction of humanistic quality education.
