论新形势下中职教师应具备的教学技能

On the Teaching Skills of Secondary Vocational Teachers in the New Situation

随着工业经济的转型升级,社会对技能型人才极度需求,职业教育在培养技术型人才方面始终发挥着重要作用,因备受国家的高度重视,对新形势下从事职业教育的教师提出了更高要求。笔者曾作为一名中职师范生参加省师范生教学技能比赛,在此结合参赛经历谈谈新形势下中职教师应在备课、授课、专业技能、自我调控以及教学评价等五项教学技能方面的认识和体会。

With the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy,the social demand for skilled talents is extremely urgent,and in the aspect of training talents,occupation education has always played an important role,therefore has highly valued by the state,higher requirements have been put forward for teachers engaged in professional education under the new situation.The author once participated in the teaching skill competition of provincial normal school students as a secondary vocational normal school student,want to combine the competition experience,vocational school teachers under the new situation should be recognized in the lesson preparation,teaching,professional skills,self regulation and teaching evaluation of the five aspects of teaching skills and experience.
