摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,传统意义上的校长选用方式已逐渐凸显出弊端,因此自上个世纪末,上海市静安区率先突破,推出"校长职级制",引发了校长走职业化发展道路的探索。然而,要想真正实现校长去行政化,还需要全社会的共同参与,还需要从观念、制度、体制等层面给予保驾护航。
With Since the deepening century of education reform,the traditional mode put for selecting in principal District has gradually highlighted shortcomings.the the end of last,principal's grade officialsystemfirstly oriented was forward Jing'an,Shanghai of,which aroused exploration of professional principal whole.However,in China,to achieve the administerization principal requires the common participation of the society fromthe perspectives of idea,systemand regime.
