摘要
儿童画创作是幼儿教师必备的重要技能,然而部分幼儿师范院校授课量明显不足,存在教学内容与岗位需求脱节等问题。本文基于幼儿师范学校的教改实践,指出教材编写应突出"幼师特点";提出"以教育实践为导向"动态更新课堂教学;提倡创作教学真正能"学以致用",教学过程应善于"相互关联",教师团队应强化"教改建设"。
The creation of children's painting is a necessary and important skill for preschool teachers.However,some children's teachers' colleges and universities have obvious deficiencies in teaching,and there are some problems such as disconnection between teaching content and post demand.Based on the practice of teaching reform in kindergarten teachers' school,this paper points out that the compilation of teaching materials should highlight the characteristics of "young teachers",and put forward the dynamic update of classroom teaching with "education practice as the guidance",and advocating that creative teaching can truly "learn to use",and the teaching process should be good at "interrelated",and the teachers' team should strengthen "the construction of teaching reform".
