师范学校升格背景下名师工作室的运行模式研究

摘要 师范学校升格背景下,如何扩大名师工作室的教育影响,更好地发挥示范引领作用,促进教师素质提升,提高教育质量,从构建运行支持机制、完善校内培养培训机制、建立校内监督考评机制、形成协同创新机制等方面构建当前名师工作室的运行模式,以期待提升名师工作室的工作成果,满足师范学校进一步发展的需求。 Under the background of normal school promotion, by analyzing the value of the construction of famous teachers' studios,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction process of the famous teachers' studios, and puts forward the work of constructing the famous teachers from the aspects of building the operation support mechanism, perfecting the training mechanism in school, establishing the supervision and evaluation mechanism within the school and forming a new mechanism of synergy and creation. The operation mode of the room is expected to improve the work results of the famous teacher's studio, play its demonstration and leading role, improve the quality of education and teaching, and meet the needs of the further development of the normal school.
