The Grapes of Anger is a classic from John Stainback who was a famous American writer. The work is focused on the description of nature and the vivid portrayal of the female image of the new age. Especially John Stainback published his unique feminist view from the perspective of ecofeminism highlighting his ideal view of building a harmonious relationship between man and nature. In particular, he had shown great concern for women. Based on the analysis of the connotation of ecofeminism, this paper outlines the main contents of the grapes of wrath and explores the female images in the grapes of wrath from the perspective of ecofeminism.
