中国石化行业环境风险评估技术研究进展

Review on Assessment Technology of Environmental Risks for Petrochemical Industry in China

摘要 概述了国内石化行业环境风险评估技术发展的现状,根据石化行业进行环境风险评估的逻辑顺序,从石化行业的系统分类、石化环境风险因素识别方法和石化行业环境风险评估技术三个方面进行综述,重点讨论了各种环境风险评估技术,例如层次分析和专家咨询方法、熵权分析法、列表清单法、故障树分析法和事件树分析法等,最后对石化行业环境风险评估技术的发展方向进行了展望。研究结果对于,开展环境风险源动态监管,减少各类突发环境事件发生带来的经济损失、环境污染以及生态破坏等不利影响,具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。 The research progress of environmental risks evaluation for petrochemical industry in China is introduced. According to the logical order of environmental risk assessment in the petrochemical industry,the classification of the petrochemical industry,the identification method of environmental risk factors and the assessment technology of environmental risk in petrochemical industry are summarized. Assessment technology of environmental risks( ATERs) was deeply stressed,such as analytic hierarchy process and expert consultation method,entropy weight analysis method,list method,fault tree analysis method and event tree analysis method,etc. Finally,the development trend of ATERs in the petrochemical industry was discussed. The results of this research have significant economic and social benefits for carrying out adequate supervision of environmental risk sources and reducing the financial losses,environmental pollution and ecological damage caused by various sudden environmental incidents.
