摘要
针对加热炉在实际运行过程中效率低于设计效率的问题,在大庆油田某区块转油站的二合一加热炉(火筒炉的一种)测试数据的基础上,依据热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律,对二合一加热炉进行全年的能平衡分析和平衡分析,其对比结果体现出分析在热力学分析中的优越性;并对影响加热炉效率的参数进行分析,针对加热炉用能的薄弱环节,从改造加热炉自身结构或改进加热炉为其他效率更高的设备两方面提出措施和建议,进而实现加热炉的节能、经济运行。
In view of the issue that the efficiency of the heating furnace is lower than the design efficiency during the actual operation process,based on the test data of the two-in-one heating furnace( a kind of fire tube furnace) in the oil transfer station of Daqing oilfield,according to the first and the second law of thermodynamics,the energy balance analysis and exergy balance analysis of the two-in-one heating furnace are carried out throughout the whole year. The conclusion shows the superiority of the exergy analysis in thermodynamic analysis. And the parameters affecting the efficiency of the heating furnace are analyzed,aiming at the weak links of the energy use in heating furnace,measures and suggestions are proposed from two aspects of reforming the structure of heating furnace or improving the heating furnace for other higher-efficiency equipment,so as to realize the economic operation of the heating furnace.
