摘要
模块化建设相比传统建设模式具有显著优点,模块化建设可以增强施工安全性、提高质量、缩短工期、降低工程成本,因而模块化的预制水平非常重要。为提高模块化建设的工厂化预制水平,通过分析整个模块化建设的执行过程,提出从模块化设计、设计原则和项目管理方面进行优化和提高。在分析过程中,详细阐述了模块化设计手段,明确了模块化设计方法;从现场需求和运输限制角度,讨论了模块化设计的原则;从项目管理角度,对设计、采购等文件提出了管理要求。模块化建设是一个系统工程,只有不断完善各方面的能力,才能不断提升模块化建设的工厂预制水平。
Compared with traditional construction model,the modularization technology can provide extremely prominent benefits. The promotion of prefabrication efficiency is very critical to enhance construction quality and safety with reduction of duration and capital expenditure. Through the analysis of the implementation process of the whole modular construction, the modular design ineasures are introduced,and the modular design methods are clarified firstly. Secondly,the principle of modular design is discussed from site requirements and transportation. Finally,from the perspective of project management,management requirements for design, procurement and document control are put forward. Modular construction is a systematic project,of which the prefabrication efficiency can only be upgraded with constant improvement of each aspect.
