龙门式大跨度梁的结构设计与仿真

摘要 由于受大型被测件的结构尺寸影响,现代测量仪器自身的结构尺寸也变得越来越大。在综合考虑现有型材结构和后续加工工艺的基础上,提出了一种龙门式测量仪器的大跨度梁结构,设计了4种不同截面形状大跨度梁的解决方案,建立了大跨度横梁的力学模型和三维模型。依据实际工况下的加载方式,仿真分析了不同截面梁的静力学特征,对比不同截面大跨度梁的物理特性和机械特性发现:在满足挠度≤2 mm的前提下,采用矩形下肋板截面的大跨度梁的设计结果最优,用材较少,质量较轻,加工工艺性好。 With the influence of the test piece structure,modern measuring instruments have higher requirements on the test equipment structure.Considering the limitations of existing profile structure and subsequent processing technology,a gantry-type test major structure is designed.The solution of four different crosssectional shapes with long-span beams is presented and the mechanical model and 3 D model of the long-span beams are established.According to the loading method under actual working conditions,the static characteristics of beams with different cross-sections were simulated and compared with the physical and mechanical properties of different cross-sections long-span beams,the results show that the rectangular under the rib crosssection of the long-span beam is the best,and the deflection is less than 2 mm.In this structure,the material is less,the mass is small and the processing technology is good.
