摘要
针对拉深工艺的特点,设计了"连杆曲线"型六连杆机构作为拉深压力机的工作机构,建立了其虚拟样机模型,并作了运动仿真。研究了曲柄长度和连杆固定角的变化对滑块位移、速度及加速度曲线形态的影响。仿真结果表明:随着曲柄长度的增加,滑块行程范围会增加,但是滑块速度的波动范围也会越来越大;随着连杆固定角的增加,滑块的行程会越来越大,但是其急回特性会越来越差;而连杆固定角的大小对滑块速度和加速度的影响趋势不单一,需取优化值。研究结果可对多连杆压力机的开发提供参考。
In view of tlie drawing technology, the link curve type six- l3ar linkage was designed for thedrawing press working mechanism. The virtual prototype model of it was also established and the kinematicssimulation was studied, and some curves including slider displacement curve, slider velocity acceleration curve were obtained. The effect of crank radius and link fixed angle change on the slider curveshape was studied. The results show that the slider stroke is increased and the slider velocity is big fluctuationduring the working area when the crank radius increasing,and the slider stroke is increased and the sliderquick-return characteristics is bad when the link fixed angle increasing. I n additionmal value should be designed because the influence trend of tlie size of tlie ty and acceleration is not single. The results can provide reference for the designing of multi-link press.
